Benefits

The benefits offered by the Singapore Judicial Service/Public Service include:

• medical benefits:
  (i) subsidised outpatient treatment; and
  (ii) 2% contribution by Government to the officer’s Medisave account;

• dental benefits of up to 85% (i.e. up to $120 per calendar year) subsidy for dental treatment for each calendar year;

• leave per calendar year:
  (i) vacation leave of 18 days;
  (ii) medical leave of 14 days/60 days if warded in hospital;
  (iii) maternity leave (subject to the requisite criteria) of up to 16 weeks;
  (iv) paternity leave of up to 4 weeks;
  (v) parent care leave of up to 2 working days; and
